Kaila, was extremely helpful! The agent I spoke with in New Mexico wanted to cancel my whole policy instead of doing a state to state transfer like I previously asked for! She made it appoint to call on my behalf and set the record straight so I wouldn’t lose any of my discounts! As well as, following up with them so it gets done. I really appreciated all she did for me!
